Nearing my goal

I am finally nearing my goal of having 300 visits in my page. I am extremely excited for it.

Quick Fact

Music was very influential during World War 2, things like the Andrew Sisters were normal in that time. Soldiers would listen to music in the radios they carried around. It also helped liven up the spirit so that one may remain calm and always look up.

What Was New In The 90's

In my opinion this is one of the best movements that happened in the 90's, that was the grunge movement. A new sub-genre of rock had finally arrived and it spawned some of the greatest bands the world has known such as Nirvana. It is also noticeable that rock went a step forward during the 90's as it was full with great bands.

Quick Fact

The Du Hast video I previously posted was given the title as one of the greatest clips in history, as the explosion at the end was not planned to be as strong as it was. The band's drummer Christoph Shneider received second degree burns, the bands vocalist Tilla Lindemann was thrown to the ground due to the explosions force. The video received the title in 2007.

Random Band

Hello everyone, just a quick notice I will post a lot of small posts today.

I just wanted to present to you a band you might not know of.
They were pretty famous in the 90's and they are a German rock band. If you haven't figured out who they are or just have never heard of them, they are called Rammstein.

They are a famous band from the 90's and I enjoy their music, here is a simple but great song from them titled: "Du Hast"

My Favorite Rock Bands From The 90's Continued

I felt I had to add more to my list since I personally have way more bands from the 90's I would love to add.

-Alice In Chain
One of the most influential bands in the 90's. They had one of the best singers out their. Rest In Peace to Layne Staley. They are definitely a great and dark hard rock band.
-Soundgarden
Awesome 90's band, they have had a great amount of hits in the 90's and I love them. Chris Cornell's vocals are just pure art.
-Tool
Extremely talented band, and I would say they are a bit underrated. A very creative band who is still great to this day.
-Pearl Jam
I love Pearl Jam, they have had a great lifespan and to this day have been releasing great music. Their new album Lighting Bolt is a very nice addition and I suggest you give it a listen.
-Rage Against the Machine
Tom Morello...Enough said.
That's all I can think of right now. I might have left of a few. Now what do you guys think, again do you have any rock bands you like. This time from any period of time. Comment answering.
